Design Foundations with Peg Usner

Learn the basics of design with Longue Vue’s artist in residence Peg Usner. This workshop will feature a lecture and hands-on practice. After the lecture, participants will use materials to experiment and create projects. Butterfly Garden Workshop

The multi-faceted exhibition will examine new opportunities presented by the storm and highlight Longue Vue’s recovery alongside two-dimensional collages from artist Wayne Amedee, that use post-Katrina nature photos to explore dual themes of renewal and recovery.
